Join the swim well swim fast program

Joining the swim well swim fast is simple. Just fill out the following form and follow the steps. Once all completed, you can start the configuration of your club immediately. We will send you the necessary material so that you can get started as soon as possible.

Add a new coach

To add a new coach, you must first get connected with the program web site. Once you have identified yourself, click on "add a coach" in the right side menu. Fill the form and click on "submit". Note that the person responsible for your club is already in your coaches list.

Every coach must add him or herself to your club list. Then that coach will be able to create there own group of swimmers. This step will greatly simplify adding results to the data base.

Add a new swimmer

Every swimmer is linked to a coach. The information for a swimmer is stored in his or her coach's group. Steps to follow:

  1. Connect to the program's site on the home page.
  2. Select the swimmer's coach from the coaches list.' If the coach is not on the list, you must add him by following the steps for adding a coach
  3. In the right side menu, select "add a swimmer".
  4. Fill out the form and click on "submit".

Add new results

There are two ways to add results. Either by swimmer or by event. To submit results for a swimmer you must have first added a swimmer in the group of a coach.

 Follow the following steps:

  1. Connect to the site through the home page.
  2. Select coach's swimmer in the coaches list
  3. Add by swimmer: In the right side menu, select the swimmer by clicking "manage results". Fill out the form. You do not have to submit a result for each event
  4. Add by event:  In the right side menu, select the event "manage results". Fill out the form. You do not have the submit a result for each swimmer.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each swimmer or event.
